did not place this order and though I sent several emails to address this fraudulent order on my account the issue was NEVER addressed - I am still waiting - I had enjoyed ordering gifts in the past and appreciated their quality and sentiment-unfortunately the abysmal lack of customer support to resolve this current issue has left me reticent to order in the future
